Tuition & Payment Options
Tuition is $8,000 for the 12-month certificate program. We do require an $800 deposit due upon acceptance to secure a spot in the program, which will be applied toward tuition. (Admission is not considered final until received.) Once the deposit is made, we offer three payment plans:

- Option #1: Pay in Full - After submitting the $800 deposit, pay the remaining balance by October 7, 2024.
- $6,000 due October 7, 2024
- Option #2: Two Payments - After submitting the $800 deposit, split the remaining into two payments, with payment 1 due August 5, 2024, and payment 2 due October 7, 2024.
- $3,000 due August 5, 2024
- $3,000 due October 7, 2024
- Option #3: Monthly Payments* - After submitting the $800 deposit, divide the remaining balance into 11 payments starting October 7, 2024, and running through August 9, 2025. (*This option requires an 8.2% monthly convenience fee to spread out payments.)
- $575 monthly payment starts October 2024.

Neither the Institute for Advanced Psychotherapy at Loyola University Chicago nor its instructors receive any external commercial support related to the delivery of the Institute's continuing education programs. Any faculty-produced content used as instructional materials is provided to students free of additional charge and without requiring the purchase of publications produced by the Institute or its faculty members.
Scholarship
(Scholarship deadline is August 16, 2024) One full tuition scholarship per cohort is available to applicants actively providing clinical services to vulnerable, underserved populations in Kentucky, or the following counties in southern Indiana: Clark, Crawford, Floyd, Harrison, Scott and Washington. Intent to continue to serve these groups of individuals upon completion of the certificate program is encouraged. The scholarship is in place to honor the commitment of the founding organization, the Wayne Institute, for improving continuing education in the geographical region in which this program was founded. To be considered for this scholarship, please email Katelyn Tippett to request instructions on what to include in your cover letter and how to register for the program.

- 100% refund up to 14 days prior to the start of the program
- 50% refund 7 days prior to the start of the program
- No refund after the start of the program
